- Returns will ONLY be accepted upon approval from 4x4 DIRECT in writing.
- Returns MUST include correct documentation and a RETURNS MERCHANDISE AUTHORITY number (RMA)
- Returns are ALL subject to a 20% restocking fee to be paid upon approval.
- Incorrectly supplied items or genuine warranty claims will not be subject to a restocking fee
- Returns MUST be received within 14 days of return approval
- All returns MUST be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition
- Return shipping MUST be paid by the buyer unless otherwise approved
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
- Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the freight
- All orders will be sent with a tracking number
- Dispatch of stocked items is generally the same or next business day upon cleared payment
- Dispatch of made to order items will be per the published lead times
- Freight costs are as levied as per the published charges
- Unless otherwise requested all freight will be “authority to leave - safe location only”
- All items are brand new and covered by the published manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
- Return shipping for any warranty claims MUST be paid by the buyer unless otherwise approved
- All warranty claims MUST be prior approved by 4x4 DIRECT in writing
