We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the freight
All orders will be sent with a tracking number
Dispatch of stocked items is generally the same or next business day upon cleared payment
Dispatch of made to order items will be per the published lead times
Freight costs are as levied as per the published charges
Unless otherwise requested all freight will be “authority to leave - safe location only”
